Harvest Fest is our first PTA event of the year and our largest school wide gathering! On Friday, October 24, 2025 from 5:30pm-7:00pm ASH families are invited to attend our annual Harvest Festival. Student and families may dress in costume, though costumes is not required* Families can trunk or treat on the basketball courts, courtesy of our teachers and parents. Each student should go to the PTA table to get a trunk or treat punch card. After trunk or treating at each station cards cards be turned in for a chance to choose a prize from the prize table. There will be music, a Photo Booth, complimentary cider and donuts as well as refreshments available for sale.

*Need a costume? The PTA has a small collection of children’s costumes ranging in sizes, please send an email if you’d like to borrow a costume.

Candy and Prizes! We give out hundreds of pieces of candy throughout trunk or treating! Send in fun size bags of candy and treats with your student this week to help off set the cost of this school wide event. Nut free if possible.

Each student who completes the trunk or treat event can turn in their stamped treat card for a chance to win a prize. If you have any unused, unopened toys, or games to donate, please send them in or bring them to the PTA table at the event.
