Garden Club!

The ASH Garden Club is a group of ASH parents, students, and community members whose goal it is to take care of this wonderful green space so that our ASH educators can extend their classrooms outdoors. The Garden Club compliments science initiatives already in place at ASH and provides hand on learning afterschool to ASH students and community members. The Garden Club needs volunteers year round ensuring the garden gets watered and weeded and veggies are harvested.

Starting in the fall of 2024 the our garden has grown a lot in just one year! This fall they will be prepping the garden for the winter, laying dirt and mulch in garden beds, planting perennial flowers, herbs and vegetables, repairing fencing, and requesting in kind donations.

One large project the Garden Club would like to achieve is fixing the garden shed. We need donations of wood, and lots of helping hands.
