FUNDRAISING

Our Fundraising Efforts ASH PTA is a 501 (c)3 non profit organization, raising funds through, donations, year-round national fundraisers, as well as fundraising sales campaigns that raise more than 80% of our annual operating budget. We have various sponsorship levels for corporate and business partners whose missions are aligned with ASH PTA interested in underwriting events and trips. We are also in need of in kind donations for our school clubs, classrooms, and event concessions. Sponsors can find more information here.

Box Tops for Education has raised over a billion dollars since it started in 1996. you no longer need to clip the tops of cereal boxes. Download the app and scan or upload your receipts from local stores like Hannaford, Target and Price Chopper. More info here

Clynk is a bottle redemption program facilitated at Hannaford Supermarkets. Collect bottles and cans to redeem for deposits. Bottles and cans must be collected in green plastic Clynk bags available at the PTA table fixed with our ASH PTA barcode sticker. More info here

Colonie Center School Bucks program assigns points to each dollar ASH family spend at Colonie Center stores. Area schools compete to earn the most points for a grand prize of $8,000. ASH has been in the top three schools for the last 5 years.
