Events ASH PTA presents cultural and community events throughout the year aimed at deepening our connections with one another, learning, and having fun. We need volunteers for each event we present who help to organize event details in advance, do outreach and marketing- including graphic design, and volunteers at the event who set up, sell concessions, and clean up afterwards. EVENTS LIST
Harvest Fest is the first and biggest event the PTA presents. This year we will host Harvest Fest Friday October 24, 2025* (*There is no school that day) Students are invite to attend with parents and family. Costumes are welcome, but not necessary. There will be music, trunk or treating, snacks and more! The Events Committee will meet to plan Harvest Fest on Tuesday September 30, and Tuesday October 14, 2025.
Black History Month is celebrating its 100th year in February 2026. At ASH we are planning a number of initiatives celebrating Black History and Culture and the numerous contributions of Black people for the past100 and beyond. Please help us plan this month long celebration by

New this year the ASH PTA Craft Fair will take place Saturday, November 1, 2025! We are seeking vendors, crafters, and artisans to sell their goods that day! Interested in vending or volunteering? Click below
BINGO NIGHT is a spring favorite! Entry and playing cards are free with a chance to win many prizes! Concessions will be available for sale including pizza. If you’d like to donate prizes or volunteer click here
Movie Night Join us for popcorn and a movie on Friday January 9, 2026 at 5:30pm. Admission and Popcorn are free. Concessions will be available including pizza, fruit, and snacks. Blankets and cozy clothes encouraged.
Teach Appreciation Week is May 4- May 8, 2026 and is our opportunity as parents to show out away winning educators how much we appreciate their work and dedication. The PTA plans numerous activities and catered meals throughout the week. Please share your ideas and how your like to participate here
School Presented Events Multi Cultural Night, Literacy Night, STEAM Night, and Field Day
Multicultural Night is a school favorite. Each November ASH families share their favorite offerings from their cultural backgrounds Including food, traditional dress, music and dance.
Literacy Night Love books and reading? Each January ASH celebrates the written word with an author visit and celebration. Come dressed as your favorite character from your favorite book and stay for fun activities!
STEAM NIGHT is a huge spring celebration and exploration of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. With dozens of guest educators from beekeepers to meteorologists students have the opportunity to explore dozens of facets of science & technology.
