ASH PTA
The Albany School of Humanities Parent Teacher Association (ASH PTA) works to connect parents, faculty, and students with the common goal of making our school community a better place for all. All family members, teachers, staff, and community members are welcome to join the ASH PTA! The PTA supports reimbursement for classroom supplies, field trips, staff appreciation gifts, and school wide cultural and social events.

Monthly PTA Meeting
The PTA meets the second Thursday of each month unless otherwise noted.
If you are interested in helping to lead the PTA please reach out. Our board is comprise of parents and teachers who volunteer their time and serve one year terms, with the option to run for a second consecutive term.
Movie Night
We need parent Volunteers to organize Movie Night, please sign up below by clicking Volunteer!
Enjoy a Movie in the Performance Center! ASH Families can enjoy free entry and free popcorn. Blankets, jammies and stuffies are encouraged. Pizza and Concessions will be available for sale. Enter at through the Rotunda. Starts at 5:30pm.

Broadway Behind the Scenes
Fifth Graders and theater lovers are invited to attend a behind the scenes presentation on Disney’s The Lion King with Broadway makeup artist Alison Wadsworth. Pizza and Concessions will be available for sale. A donation of $5 at is suggested for attendees and a raffle for a Colonie Center Gift Card will take place at the event. ASH fifth grade students can sign up to be selected to have their face painted as a character from Lion King. RSVP’s encouraged, 5th Grade students can sign up in the RSVP form.
