Our ASH students are happily enjoying this first snow day of the year! It’s also Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving. Let It Snow!!
Did your students perform any snow day hopeful rituals last night? Spoons in the freezer? Wearing pajamas backwards? Ice cubes in the toilet?! Stay safe and warm on this snowy day away from school!

Our Next PTA Meeting will be held on Zoom Wednesday, December 10, at 7:00pm. Please note we will not be meeting on Thursday this month because of the Winter Concert. This December’s meeting we will be going over our annual budget and upcoming events and fundraisers. The zoom link, previous minutes and upcoming agenda will be available on our website on December 3, 2025.

Don’t forget while you do your holiday shopping— you can support ASH PTA! Any purchases you make at Colonie Center, including Whole Foods, LL Bean, Cheesecake Factory, Regal Cinemas can be credited to Albany School of Humanities. Simply have your receipts stamped at the Main Office in the mall (next to Sephora) and send them into school OR send your receipts in with you ASH student and we will stamp them for you! Become a Member
Become a member of the ASH PTA! Our members plan our events and fundraisers, decide how our budget is spent. Membership dues (as low as $7 help to underwrite the cost of operating. Joining the ASH PTA means you are also a member of New York State PTA and National PTA Join our PTA for the 2025-2026 school year!
